I recommend you maintain the Indian account if you have one but make a secondary US account so that you can buy games, DLC, and stuff since obviously India falls in Region 3 I think and US is region 1, so if you ever want to buy DLC or deals, you'll get better luck with finding PSN codes in USD over INR.
